- Avoid eating sweet at night.
- Choose foods without a lot of sugar.
- Brush your teeth in the morning and at night.
- See your dentist at least twice a year
- Floss teeth on a regular basis.
- Cavities are contagious don’t share food and drinks.
- Have kids drink fluoridated water.
- Use mouth wash.
- Chew sugarless gum after meals.
