Nine Things Children Can Do To Prevent Cavities

  1. Avoid eating sweet at night.
  2. Choose foods without a lot of sugar.
  3. Brush your teeth in the morning and at night.
  4. See your dentist at least twice a year
  5. Floss teeth on a regular basis.
  6. Cavities are contagious don’t share food and drinks.
  7. Have kids drink fluoridated water.
  8. Use mouth wash.
  9. Chew sugarless gum after meals.
